Business Continuity During COVID-19

On 11TH March 2020, the World Health Organisation officially characterised COVID-19 as a pandemic. This presents a very considerable challenge for businesses big and small.

KLF is currently taking steps to help protect the health and safety of customers and employees, while continuing to provide the best possible service.

The KLF Team will be operating during this difficult period. The aim is to continue to operate with ‘business as usual’ as much as possible. All members of the team have company issued laptops with remote access to desktops and network files in order to continue servicing clients, whilst working remotely due to the developing situation around Coronavirus.

The team will be available via email or the usual telephone numbers.

In order to meet our financial commitments, we have taken steps to ensure we are able to process payments safely and securely. We will make every effort to ensure invoices are being processed and will continue to work hard to respond to queries. If not already doing so, please can we request all invoices are sent to the email address below for processing rather than by post.
