Proud to Sponsor Welshpool Show & Sale of Bluefaced Leicesters
KLF Insurance Brokers had the pleasure in sponsoring the Blue Faced Leicester Sheep Breeders Association show and sale at Welshpool Livestock Sales on Thursday 28th September.
The annual show and sale featured:
- 241 Registered Blue Faced Leicesters
- 172 Aged & Shearling Rams
- 32 Ram Lambs
- 37 females
Taking on the judging duties for the pre-sale show was Mr John Armstrong, Lay’s Flock based in Herefordshire.
The sale champion was found in the ram lamb pen of local breeder Mr Phil May from Derwenlas, Four Crosses, Llanymynech, with his home bred ram lamb. We were proud to present the prize to Mr Alan Gittins on behalf of Mr May, for such a stunning specimen.
